1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is Oleksandr Bondarenko, operating the website at bond-tech.pl (the "Website").

2. What data we collect

Through the forms on the Website we collect the following data, which you provide voluntarily:

  • phone number,
  • name (if you enter it in the form field),
  • answers given in the quiz/survey and message content,
  • Website interface language.

We do not collect your email address or any special (sensitive) categories of data.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data to contact you and present an offer regarding our services, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by checking the consent box and submitting the form.

For handling correspondence, the basis is also our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to your enquiry.

4. Data recipients and processors

To handle the forms, we use external service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • EmailJS — a technical service that delivers form submissions to our email inbox;
  • home.pl — hosting and email provider on whose servers the messages are stored.

Data may be processed on servers located within the European Union.

5. Data retention period

We store data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected (contact and handling of the enquiry), and thereafter until any claims become time-barred or until you withdraw your consent.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify (correct) your data,
  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

7. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to contact you and respond to your enquiry. Not providing data makes it impossible to reply.

8. Cookies

The Website does not use cookies for analytical or marketing purposes. Only technical mechanisms necessary for the correct operation of the site may be used.

9. Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page.
